SHIPPING
Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the product to be made before shipment.
US Shipping: All shipments are mailed through FedEx Ground. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
International Shipping: At this time Flower Shop Collective does not ship internationally.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: Flower Shop Collective is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care, and time! Please allow 3-5 business days for the product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

RETURNS
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
